Luvin Tech provides digital services — website design, app development, and related digital solutions. This page explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for these services.

Cancellation

You can request to cancel a project by emailing hello@luvintech.com with your project details. Cancellation terms, including any amount payable for work already completed, are as agreed in your project quotation or agreement.

Refunds

Projects begin with an advance payment (typically 50%) once the requirements are confirmed. Because work starts immediately after kick-off, refund eligibility depends on the stage of the project and the terms agreed in your quotation. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
