These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website luvintech.com and all services provided by Luvin Tech, a brand of DEKKO HI-TECH PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN: U72200TN2021PTC143343) (“Luvin Tech”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using our website, booking a consultation, accepting a quotation or making a payment, you (“Client” or “you”) agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Our services

Luvin Tech provides digital services including website design and development, e-commerce development (Shopify, WooCommerce/WordPress), mobile app development, UI/UX design, frontend and backend development, no-code/low-code development, QA testing, digital marketing, hosting setup and website maintenance (“Services”). All Services are delivered digitally; we do not sell or ship physical goods.

2. Quotations, proposals and scope

• Every project is based on a written quotation, proposal or package description (the “Proposal”) that sets out the scope, deliverables, price, timeline and number of revision rounds.
• Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise.
• Work outside the agreed scope (new pages, features, integrations, extra revision rounds or content work) is treated as a change request and will be quoted separately before we start it.
• If these Terms and a signed Proposal differ, the Proposal applies for that project.

3. Prices, payments and taxes

• Unless the Proposal says otherwise, projects require a 50% advance payment before work starts, with the balance payable on completion, before the final handover of the live website, app, source files or admin access.
• Larger projects may be billed in milestones as set out in the Proposal. Retainer services (maintenance, hosting, digital marketing) are billed in advance for each billing period.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise. GST and other applicable taxes are charged as per law. International clients may be invoiced in another currency as agreed.
• Payments can be made by bank transfer or through our payment partners (such as Razorpay, PhonePe and Stripe). We never see or store your full card details; they are handled by the payment provider.
• Invoices are due within 7 days of issue. If a payment is overdue, we may pause work or hosting until it is received, and project timelines will move accordingly.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide content (text, images, logos, product details), brand guidelines, access and feedback on time, and make sure you have the right to use everything you give us.
• Review work and give consolidated feedback within the agreed review periods. Delays in content, feedback or payments extend the delivery timeline.
• If a project is on hold for more than 30 days because we are waiting for you, we may treat it as paused. Restarting may require rescheduling and, for long pauses, a revised quote.
• Keep your login details, domains and third-party accounts secure once they are handed over to you.

5. Timelines and delivery

Timelines in the Proposal are good-faith estimates and start once we receive the advance payment and the content and access needed to begin. For example, our ₹9,999 e-commerce package is typically ready to launch within 15 working days from that point. Delivery methods are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

6. Revisions and approval

Each Proposal includes a set number of revision rounds. Once you approve a design, page or feature, further changes to it are treated as new work. Work is considered accepted when you approve it in writing, when it goes live, or 7 days after delivery if we have not received any reported issues, whichever comes first.

7. Third-party services and costs

• Many projects rely on third parties such as domain registrars, hosting providers, Shopify, WordPress plugins and themes, payment gateways, app stores (Google Play, Apple App Store), email services and APIs. Their fees are paid by the Client unless the Proposal says they are included, and their own terms apply.
• Where a package includes hosting (for example, one year of free hosting and server with the ₹9,999 package), renewal after the included period is charged at the then-current rate.
• We are not responsible for outages, price changes, policy changes, account suspensions or app store review decisions made by third parties, but we will help you resolve them where we can.

8. Intellectual property

• Once all amounts for a project are paid in full, ownership of the final custom deliverables created specifically for you (designs, content we write for you and custom code) passes to you.
• We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks, code libraries, templates and know-how, and grant you a permanent licence to use them as part of your deliverables.
• Third-party and open-source components (themes, plugins, fonts, stock images, libraries) remain subject to their own licences.
• Until full payment is received, all deliverables remain the property of Luvin Tech and may not be used publicly.
• Unless you ask us not to in writing, we may show the finished work (name, logo, screenshots and a short description) in our portfolio and marketing.

9. Confidentiality

We keep your business information, login credentials and project data confidential and use them only to deliver the Services. We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) on request. This duty does not apply to information that is public, that we already had, or that we are required by law to disclose.

10. Warranty and support

• After go-live, we fix defects in our own work (things that do not work as agreed in the Proposal) free of charge for 30 days, unless the Proposal gives a different period.
• This warranty does not cover changes made by you or others, third-party updates (themes, plugins, browsers, operating systems, APIs), hosting environments we do not manage, or new features. These are available under a maintenance plan or as separate work.
• Digital marketing, SEO and advertising results depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads or sales.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Luvin Tech is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity. Our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project in the 12 months before the claim. You are responsible for keeping backups of your own content and data unless backups are included in your plan.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Luvin Tech against claims arising from content, materials or instructions you provide (for example, images or text you do not have the rights to), or from your use of the deliverables in breach of any law.

13. Cancellation, refunds and termination

Either party may end a project by written notice. Cancellations and refunds are handled under our Cancellation, Refund & Returns Policy. On termination, you pay for work completed up to the termination date, and we hand over completed and paid-for work.

14. Use of this website

• The content on luvintech.com is for general information. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but prices, packages and offers may change and are confirmed only in your Proposal.
• You may not copy, reproduce or misuse the website’s design, content or code, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
• Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to resolve any dispute through good-faith discussion. If it cannot be resolved within 30 days, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka will have exclusive jurisdiction.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page, with its effective date, applies to new projects and website use from that date. Ongoing projects continue under the Terms agreed when the project started unless both parties agree otherwise.
